Delivery Information
There are a few delivery options for orders within the UK, plus the option of International delivery. Delivery is charged at a fixed rate per item, regardless of number of items ordered.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Orders will generally be dispatched the working day following your order unless the Next Day Delivery option has been selected. Next Day Delivery is only valid for orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday. Please see Next Day Delivery information for more details.
We always aim to exceed our service commitments, however please be aware that if you select the standard delivery option during sale or other exceptionally busy periods (e.g. Back to School) there may be a slight delay in delivery.
Standard Delivery (UK) - Royal Mail 2nd Class (signed for): £3.85
Standard Delivery orders within the UK will usually be dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Express Delivery (UK) - Royal Mail 1st Class (signed for): £4.85
For those orders required sooner, Royal Mail 1st Class can be selected. Generally dispatched the next working day, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Next Day Delivery (UK mainland) - Royal Mail next day 1pm Guaranteed: £8.99
The quickest delivery option for emergency purchases. Orders must be placed by noon to guarantee being dispatched the same day. We will endeavor to send later orders the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed, in which case the order will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders will be dispatched Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please note that the Royal Mail delivery guarantee only covers Monday to Friday deliveries.
International Orders
International delivery is no problem at all. We use Royal Mail International Airmail for orders outside of the UK.
- Europe = £11.50
- Rest of World = £14.50
(Please note that orders placed from outside of the UK or European Union may be charged for local taxes and customs duties on receipt. You will be responsible for paying any such charges as they are not within our control.)
International Delivery Times - Please allow 5-7 working days for deliveries to Europe and 7-10 working days for deliveries to the rest of the world.
Free Postage Offers
Free postage offers are only available to UK Mainland addresses, and will be dispatched by standard Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Delivery Problems
In the unlikely event of your order being damaged in transit, we will liaise with the Royal Mail delivery service in order to resolve the issue. Please make us aware of the situation within 3 days of receipt and allow up to 14 days for a resolution.
In the unlikely event that your order goes missing, we will raise the issue with the Royal Mail on your behalf. There can sometimes be delays with delivery, especially over busy periods. If you do experience any problems with delivery, please let us know so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
